Favorite Fall perfumes to try

Many of us are on the search for that perfect scent constantly, wether an everyday perfume, or for a certain occasion. My peers and I always seem to be picking the perfume that fits us the most and fits the situation, season, mood…I have put out my list of fall scents to cut out the process of sniffing every scent at the perfume counter. This list will help you find what scent you want to try faster and lead you to find that perfect fall scent.

Replica by Mason Margiela, makes perfumes that are connected to a memory or feeling. They have wonderful scents that are a great investment for the fall. The best ones for fall to try out would probably be their scents Lazy Sunday morning, Jazz club, or By the fire place. Those three scents are warm, spicy, and just brings me back to the middle of autumn . They also have a scent called coffee break which is a bit sweeter, while still being warm, and comforting.

If you enjoy smelling warm, those replica perfumes are definitely for you. While I do enjoy smelling like a warm fireplace at times, I can also appreciate other scents and notes, like vanilla. This next scent smells like Vanilla & Tobacco but still smells sweet, with a bit of ginger. The scent is powdery tobacco by dossier. Dossier makes perfumes that are inspired by luxury perfumes, at a better price. Along with that they are also cruelty free and have a very wide selection of scents.

Not every fall scent has too be woody or spicy, a fall scent can also be floral and classy. For a classier, warm floral scent I would go for Yves Saint Laurent Libre Eau de Toilette. It is a warmer scent, while still feeling feminine and floral. When I smelt it for the first time I envisioned taking off my coat at a nice restaurant and sitting for a memorable dinner. The scent makes me feel classy and confident for any occasion and is a perfect investment for fall.

We are getting into floral scents now and my next perfume suggestion is a very, very popular one. I even heard this is one of the perfumes Ariana Grande uses and I can see/smell why. I have used Viktor Rolf’s Flower Bomb perfume for a good 2-3 years so this is another perfume that I strongly recommend. It smells like a flower bouquet, a bomb if you will, and though some feel like this is more of a spring scent, I think it makes you smell gorgeous all year long.

Another Floral perfume on my list, but this is just not as popular as Viktor Rolf’s Flower Bomb, Coach perfumes just aren’t getting the recognition they deserve!. I love a floral fragrance during the day, especially the Floral Eau De Parfum. It smells so amazingly floral, feminine, and has many different notes that I am so infatuated with. Pink peppercorn, Pineapple sorbet, rose tea, sambac jasmine and gardenia are a few they list on the site. As well as claiming it dries down to an elegant musk.

I love to smell floral and sweet, wear a cute outfit, and head out on the town. This perfume has given me the most compliments and I think the perfume will probably be added to all of my perfume lists as it is such a memorable scent. La vie de est Belle Eau de Parfum spray is a perfume that every one in my family uses because yes, it is that good. No matter what time or the year, or what time of the day, this perfume gets compliments so I recommend it to everyone. It is floral, complex and beautiful, the perfume actually translates in French to “life is beautiful”. The scent ties into each note I love the most it is a unique take on a warm, spicy, florals, and sweet scents you would find in perfumes and it ties them all together to create such an amazing perfume for everyone.

The rise of the low rise

Every trend stems from somewhere, usually they are inspired by past trends or they start by some type of bigger influence. A celebrity or influencer can start a trend, or more likely a brand starts the trend based on what they design and put out to the public. Low rise bottoms are a heavily hated trend for some, but others are embracing the trend by buying their own low rise apparel, along with cutting off the high rise off their jeans to give that Mariah Carey look.

There are a number of reasons for the rise in popularity of the low rise jean trend, like I said before a lot of trends are based just on what’s being put out there in the fashion world. For example, for the past few years we have been obsessed with the 90s and the Y2K era and all the different aesthetics that go into these times. With that big influence, we have picked up many trends from before, while also making them into a more modern style. So while having all these fashion influences and aesthetics from that time, we were bound to hit the low rise jeans at some point, just like we hit on a few other trends from those time periods. We recycle fashion every few years and that is exactly what’s happening here.

We can also attribute the recent rise of the trend on the influence of celebrities and media influencers that are wearing the trends more and more therefore setting the tone of “what’s in'“. This leads to more of the population wanting to consume this trend, thus more brands will produce it to fulfill our need to wear what these bigger names are wearing. We are steered by so many factors in our environment and social media currently is the biggest driver.

Many brands will go along with the current trends and upcoming trends to please the masses. Some brands make the trends and others follow the trends, designers know what’s hot and are aware of the apparel we will enjoy. Brands and their team have studied for this, they know what will be the next big hit and ultimately what will fly off the rack.

By using things like their own influence in the media via print or digital, popular brands are able to create some looks we never knew we wanted and those we always desired.

In one of my earlier articles I talked about some trends we will see in 2022 based on runway shows. One of these big designers was MIU MIU, with their very low rise mini skirts and matching sets they created a very trendy and desired look. MIU MIU then styled big fashion influences in their sets, making low rise more fashionable and popular. They have made sure that it is everywhere, now that so many people (including myself) are in love with this look and style. With the popularity of the look it then becomes a copied item, meaning that fast fashion companies will sell something very similar for a lower price so it can be massy consumed.

While we can talk about my opinions on fast fashion a different day, this just shows how quickly fashion moves and those who can drive trends. So many things can go into a trend, but for the most part this low rise trend is mostly drawn from media influences. We recycle trends, brands make these trends, and media influences these popular items to grow and grow, continuing the trend cycle. Low rise jeans didn’t just come back out of no where, there were many factors playing into the growth and the comeback of low rise jeans and skirts.

Here is my list of the top setting powers for your makeup, I have gone through many makeup trial and error in the past years. While I’ve tried so many, I was only able to personally confirm a few that gave me lasting results, no creasing, and a smooth finish.

Hourglass cosmetics translucent setting powder, Veil, is very true to the name. It creates a great light natural finish while also having long lasting effects. It is a loose powder so it can be applied with a brush or patted in the skin with a beauty sponge for that veil effect.

This setting powder has a bit as a cult following, in fact the entire brand does. Charolette Tilbury has amazing products and their Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder is one of the more shocking ones. When I first used this powder I was surprised to see just how smooth my under eye could be. It was so smooth, that I simply just applied it to my entire face, just to see how flawless I could look. I looked like an airbrushed porcelain doll, it lasted a long time as well. I did experience a few lines under my eye after a few hours, which is totally natural but when using this powder I would definitely make sure that your concealer is correctly blended and smooth because while the setting powder is great, it will still crease a bit if not used properly.

ONE/SIZE beauty by Patrick Star Ultimate Blurring Setting Powder

ONE/SIZE by Patrick Star is a newer brand but that doesn’t mean it hasn’t become a fan favorite and fast! I have been watching Patrick Star with my mom since forever and I am so happy about this makeup line. Everything made, is a hit, especially this setting powder. I have worn this all summer and my make up does not move! I have worn this setting powder during a heat wave, at a concert, and by the water and it again and again amazes me. I don’t even have to use much, the small size had lasted months now and I’m not even close to being done. This would have to be my favorite of the list.

Luxury Brands and their Iconic Colors

Iconic brands need iconic colors, its about being noticeable, while continuing to be subtle. I know when I see a woman walking around the city with a specific color orange shopping bag, I know she just spent a pretty penny at Hermès. I also assume that the woman carrying that bag has status, money, and class. By seeing this color alone, I have made an assessment of the person carrying the bag, along with being able to spot this bag. A color can really define a brand and many of these luxury brands have taken on their own color branding.

Well Hello Hermès Orange! This vibrant orange colors first appearance was 1942, after the Second World War when they had many, many shortages, along with cream colored boxes. According to the Hermès website, the supplier did what he had to do and resorted to what he had left, Orange. Thus Hermès Orange was born and it became the type of color that was so distinct that it became iconic and very noticeable amongst fashion fanatics or pretty much anyone who knows the brand.

How gorgeous, lively, and vibrant is this color ? Bottega green was extremely popular a few years ago and I continue to love this green and associate the brand with it. The color is a form of emerald that is eye-catching and has an amazingly bright hue. Though it is not as old as Hermès’ Orange it is still now just one of those things to be associated with the iconic brand, Bottega Veneta.

I first heard of Tiffany Blue from TV, shows like breakfast at Tiffany’s and in scenes when a excitedly woman receives that Tiffany blue box. I grew up on the words “Tiffany blue” but the world has been blessed with this beautiful classy color since 1837. The New York jewelry company was founded in 1837 by Charles Tiffany and John Young but the color was first ever used in 1845 on the cover of Tiffany’s Blue Book. The Blue Book is Tiffany’s annual collection of amazingly crafted jewels. I believe that this may be one of the oldest and more iconic colors on my list, possibly one pf the most romantic as well. As it is associated with love and most importantly beautiful diamonds.

Valentino PPPink is more of a new color branding, I think most people begin to think of red when they think of Valentino. They used the color red way longer than Valentino Pink, but it seems like their creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli wanted some change for the brand. If you haven’t noticed, almost ever celebrity they have been dressing is drilled in this shade of pink to the point where the color is now heavily associated with the brand in a glance. I have a few videos where you can see this pink shade in action on the Khaurafab social accounts.

5 Summer Product Essentials

Summer is in full effect and no matter what you’re doing this summer, staying in or going out, here are the ten products you should invest in this season.

1) I don’t know about you but I literally want to look glowy ALL SUMMER LONG and supergroups glow screen is exactly what’s been giving me a natural covering look. Its tinted, and they recently came out with a marker shade but somehow it works for almost everyone. Supergroup has been making the cutest sunscreens but the glow screen is my absolute favorite and you can see me putting it on in all of the Instagram makeup videos on the Khaurafab account.

2) Good American Jeans and shorts are a must. I never really understood how amazing these jeans were until I purchased a pair this summer, not only are the very true to size but have an amazing fit for everybody type. They have time an time again showed us their raising body positivity and inclusivity and making amazing products for everyone especially this summer!

3) Do you want to smell like the tropics, like a cool day on the beach, or like the embodiment of summer? Anything Sol De Janeiro will do the trick. Using the lotions and perfumes makes you smell so amazing but I do have to say that it does not last long, so make sure to mix scents and carry a perfume around with you to keep that lasting summer smell.

4) We have already covered that we want to be glowy and radiant this summer, not just in the face, but the body. Make your body shimmer this summer by investing in any type of body shimmer. Patrick Ta, Sol de Janeiro, Fenty Beauty, and Color Pop all have great ones. A perfect summer shimmer and tan is a must this year.

5) Speaking of a summer tan, I’ve heard a lot of good things about the Isle of Paradise tanning water from many sources. In fact I heard such great things that I’m about to go try it for myself. You can go see my results on the Khaura Fab Instagram of course. Update: I would definitely be weary of some of the rules of tanning, if you are a beginner using something like the clear tanner…switch to foam so you can see. I’m talking from my own experience, great tan, had no clue it would rub off though so whoops!

The color of the season is silver and here’s why

You may have seen the color silver pop up time and time again on your feed, I know I have. Not only have I seen silver popping up all around me but I some how bought around 10 silver items recently. Whether its nails, sunglasses, swim suits, or a silver Deisel bag, the metal is everywhere and I’m not mad about it. Though the popular color gold will not leave the favors of most, the rise of silver can be attributed to this “futuristic” type of trend going on.

The futuristic trend isn't the complete answer, it can also be seen in the wardrobes of people who are seeking the aesthetics of that Y2K cyber look, the 70s vibe, and the streetwear style. Silver glasses and other accessories are a statement piece that can connect to multiple different looks and aesthetics, its something bold, but cool and chill at the same time. In my opinion, silver is a color that ensues a cool and edgy vibe, it is bold especially when its as chromatic as it has been recently.

Along with the aesthetic choices that people are choosing, designers are choosing the metal as well. For example, the Diesel bag in this article is a huge trend right now. Diesel is a ‘cooler’ brand and while so many of their bags are trending right now I have been seeing an increasing amount of people choosing the chromatic versions of the iconic bag. Other big brands have also been releasing more silver products such as Prada, Balenciaga, Mugler, and so many more designers. Smaller brands have also come out with more really cool silver pieces which I will be making a list of soon (small brands I love).

How to trick yourself into working out

I think that working out can sometimes be a bit of a trial, but the most work I do is probably figuring out wether I want to or not . This can lead to over thinking, procrastination, or just giving up and not even bothering to workout at all. By using a few tactics you can trick yourself into going to that workout you’ve been putting off so long.

1) Set a time that you think will be the best for your workout, by putting a some time aside you can properly prepare. So look at your schedule and write that workout in and make sure your optimizing your time.

2) Put on your workout clothes a few minutes (or longer) before your workout. When your already in the clothes you are already so close to working out. You really just have to get ready and pump yourself up to go and just do it.

3) If you need some more motivation, while your getting ready and filling up your water bottle listen to a podcast or something motivational. Try to listen to something that fits you and your mood and like I said earlier, you need to pump yourself up and get your mood up.

4) Remember that while working out you release endorphins, a group of hormones that’s secreted within the nervous system and the brain that can trigger a positive feeling in the body. By remembering that healthy feeling of euphoria, it gets you more excited to workout because of that great feeling afterwards.

5) Wether you are going to a workout class, watching a workout video, or going by your own workout you should be able to go in to that workout and know what your doing. Going in to a workout is a bit taunting and to have an idea of what you are going in there and doing is so much comforting, because then you can plan. This also means you can get even more mentally prepared and motivate yourself.

The Most needed things for the “model off duty look”

Model off duty is a term that’s been used time and time again in the fashion community, but are models and fashion really ever ‘off-duty’? This is a self explanatory look, it comes from models being off the job, off duty, and in the public eye. Many icons have rocked this look and have made it a fashion trend amongst the masses, by just searching the term “model off-duty” you will find pictures of people like Naomi Campbell, Bella Hadid, and Kendall Jenner. Though not everyone can be the literal model off duty, we can take the model off duty look and bring it into everyday fashion with a few staple pieces.

The model off duty look has many elements of minimalism to create a care free fashion statement, a white t-shirt or any white shirt is the perfect example . Having a few simple white t-shirts is a staple and for a good reason, it is versatile, simple, crisp, clean and can be paired with any look an is the exact reason you see these models wear it so often. The is look is minimal, simple ; by just pairing it with jeans, a cute sneaker, and other accessories that you desire this fashionable look is easily accomplished.

Wearing a corset can not only be flattering to the curves but also take a more casual look to an elevated level. It creates a bit of edge to the day to day look, but can also be worn for a night look. The corset is versatile , fashionable, edgy, and flattering to the body, it can be worn with just about anything ; Jeans, leather pants (also a must for the model off duty look), or a skirt. No matter what it is paired with it is a big part of the model-off duty look that we are so eager to achieve.

I continue to talk about low rise jeans because of how truly adorable they are, the rise of this trend has really been changing things up. With more people taking inspiration from the different aesthetics of the 90’s and ealy’s 2000’s, the low rise jeans trend is an iconic statement. In the photo above, Bella Hadid has been rocking the low rise jean trend and as well as wearing a white shirt, another simple staple of the fashion trend.

There are a few constants in these looks but the one I want to touch on is the sunglasses. In almost all my research on this trend I have noticed that majority of these models have on a cute pair of sunnies. Sure they have other accessories in their outfits such as the fact that many, if not all, carry a purse or some type of bag, wear jewelry, and usually sneakers, but I feel like glasses make more of a statement . Sunglasses can be used as another way to bring attention to the face or possibly be worn as a sort of a head band. By bringing in a pair of sunglasses you begin to bring a cool factor to your outfit as well as versatility to complete the look . Like I said before, you can put them on your head, over your eyes, on your shirt, or jeans making it the accessory that does it all and a staple for the look.

Top Looks from the Met Gala

The fashion fanatics were awake and watching as the MET gala opened up, live from New York. The white tie event is an iconic time in the fashion world, this year we celebrate Gilded Glamour and American Fashion on the red carpet…or should I say the red, white, and blue carpet? Because yes, the carpet was in fact red, white, and blue this year to pay tribute to the American Fashion exhibit.

Each and every Met Gala is attended by Blake Lively, an iconic one as she has constantly topped her looks every year. She is known to be one of the queens of the Met Gala and for good reason, she always follows the dress code beautifully and this year she was dressed by Versace. A very fitting brand for the Met gala icon, so iconic in fact that she had an outfit change on the run way this year! The look above is her first look, following this beautiful look comes this long mesmerizing dress transformation below.

She didn’t just bring one iconic look tonight but two, these glamorous looks is exactly why she is apart of Met Gala royalty. Her dress also represented an ode to New York such as her dress changing colors from coper and oxidizing just like the statue on liberty along with having seven spikes on her own crown, just like lady liberty herself. Each part of her dress represented a part of New York, there was so much thought and perfection into the look , probably because she’s a Virgo. She wanted to patina on the carpet, and that she did along with the help of Versaces wonderful team. By pulling this look she has proven that she will continue to keep her Met Gala crown, not that it was ever in jeopardy.

Speaking of crowns, it looks like tiaras have become a bit of a trend this year. Emma Chamberlin came to her second Met Gala dressed by Louis Vuitton of course and sported a Tiara, Cartier Jewelry, and newly debuted platinum blonde hair. She is on the list of favorites as her top is very fitting to the theme of gilded glamour along with her copper eyes and the tiara, possibly manifesting the future age of royalty amongst the Met gala members. I hope to see her in years to come and see how her style evolves at the Met.

Gilded Glamour is an ear of fashion in which was very much appreciated by Billie Eilish, she stuck with the theme as well as bringing some sustainability to the MET. She wore all Gucci and made it a point that the materials the dress was made from was already existing materials in order to not produce too much waste. I think this sustainability bring a new age of American fashion and introduces it to the fashion of the past.

The Met gala was dripping with gold and glamour the evening and with that a few notable mentions come to mind such as Chloe Bailey’s Area dress. The dress was not only just gold but it had a unique shape and figure giving it an eye catching, strong look. It almost reminds me of a bee hive, which is ironic since her mentor is Beyonce, the Queen Bee herself. While I do love the Dress at the Met, I can agree with some that it didn’t fit the theme they had in mind. However this was about glamour and this look is absolute glamour.

If there is someone who understood the theme exactly as it was, its Laura Harrier. She surprised me, though she has continuously had amazing style at the Met I was more surprise to fine out that this elegant dress was cost made by H&M. Yes, H&M, the place you would go in middle school during 5 hour trips to walk around the mall. They made this amazing piece of fashion, this is something I would not have expected because of their usual reputation and aesthetic, and while I am surprised I am also impressed and excited to see more of this direction taken. Harrier looked absolutely stunning, she absolutely understood the assignment.

I have so many people to write about today because there were so many amazing looks to see and drool over, but the moment I saw this iconic Versace look I had to stop writing and just stare at the details for a moment. With over 250 Medusa head designs on the dress, this was a detailed dream to look at. Each part of the dress and the look down to Cardi B’s body was a master piece. This was gold, glamorous, and show stopping.

I felt that the theme this year was expected to look like an episode of Bridgeton and though it definitely did not have that aesthetic, our favorite girl from Bridgeton, Nicola Coughlan gave what needed to be given. She looked elegant, on theme, and the feathers gave an extra flare to the outfit. The puffed selves and body of the dress was exactly what the masses where looking for when the theme gilded glamour was announced and she absolutely nailed the look and made hearts melt while doing so.

Although I had many loves of this Met gala I of course have to mention the iconic Marlin Monroe “happy birthday Mr.President” dress, worn by Kim Kardashian. Many speculated she would wear this because of the internets amazing investigation skills as well as a hint she gave a few weeks ago, about not being able to tailor the dress. She lost 16 pounds in 3 weeks to wear this dress and I have to give her some credit, she wanted to wear the dress so she made it fit. While I think it more on the theme with American fashion than gilded glamour it has still become one of the most loved looks of this years Met Gala.

3 Makeup product must haves

There are so many makeup products out there an so many different categories to choose from. Choosing makeup for your skin, morals, and facial shape can be very hard but there are just some products that just work for everyone. Here are three makeup products must haves that I truly believe in.

Anything by Charolette Tilbury is usually going to be a hit, especially these three products that I am going to count as one amazing set. These products make your makeup look so natural and smooth and even though I wanted to mention one, using one product or all of them will refresh and refine your makeup. Leaving you looking Flawless as ever.

Another notable brand on a whole to mention is Rare Beauty, a brand by Selena Gomez which has quickly become iconic in the beauty world for their natural glowy formulas. Each formula, specifically the blush, is pigmented and gives such a soft and blended look. The Rare beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush is an absolute must have to have that amazing glowy, buildable look, that can be used for natural to glam makeup.

Fenty Beauty, The Ease Drop Blurring Skin Tint

Looking at another celebrity owned brand with great success, Fenty Beauty makes my most favorite products to the point where I’m not sure which one to choose to write about, while I love each product there is obviously the must have, a necessity, The Ease Drop Blurring Skin Tint. Everything that you need to know about this product is in the title, this products blurs like no other and because it is a skin tint it is light but still provides a good amount of coverage and shade ranges.

4 Colors that will dominate your wardrobe this year

The trendiest colors for this year are definitely different than the neutrals and pastels in the past. This year the color are vibrant and electric, they will definitely be eye catching.

We spoke about how electric colors will be consistent in this years fashion, this color is very evident in the trend as it is literally electric. Electric blue has been a rampant color in fashion recently and has caught my eye time and time again. I’m not the biggest fan of wearing blue but these electric blues I have been seeing have absolutely changed my mind.

This color trend is the reason for the entire website aesthetic, the hot pinks I have been seeing are jaw dropping and so beautiful. From Kim Kardashians full body hot pink cat suit to the recent Valentino Pink PP collection, pinks have made a big statement. The populations love for pinks was already big but it will continue to get bigger with the constant exposer.

Getting away from the vibrant colors for only a second, I think that black will continue to live on. Wearing black is a popular color because of the simplicity but classiness of the color, I think the contrast of the classiness of the color and the edginess will actually make it the most popular of colors. Black covers all of the bases and that’s why it thrives every year.

Caution tape yellow is the perfect amount of bold load neon and sunny. While I don’t think we will be wearing caution tape around us I do think that forms of yellow will be popular this summer, along with shades of orange.

Julia Fox’s style influence

Julia Fox with each trend I mention on.

Most know Julia Fox for her recent relationship, her colorful past, or the full black leather she has been wearing. Today I want to talk about if Julia Fox has an influence on upcoming trends? She has been seen many of times in the black leather look but in all honesty I don’t think she is really the main reason of this trends fame. Instead, I wanted to face a trend that I think she has started. Her eyeliner, its bold and though we have probably seen it before in some way, she seems to have done it a bit differently. The media coverage alone on her liner is shore to bring it into a main stream trend. If you put into google “Julia Fox” the second thing after her own name is her eyeliner! In fact, I saw a couple people on TikTok doing their versions of this big bold, eye liner look.

So we go back to our question, has Julia Fox influenced new trends? In my opinion, yes. She has, the new trend includes her eyeliner and possibly some of her recent fashion looks. Fox an her new style have been everywhere, her recent attention and runway look for NYFW will definitely have some sort of effect. I bet that peoples liner will begin to get bolder, leather pants will continue to rifle, and the Bullet bra look will start to creep in.

Trends of Spring 2022 As seen from my favorite designers

A list of some of the most popular trends to come in spring 2022. My predictions are all from things I’ve seen come up more in the fashion world and that have popped up from former trends. Note that none of these are my pictures and have been taken from internet research. All of these trends are from the runway but are meant to show you what pieces will be popular, and what you should sport this spring/summer.

Mui Mui Spring/Summer 2022

Our first trend is a micro-mini skirt. I think it gives the right amount of y2k nostalgia we’ve been reaching for the past few years, while also giving us that that lovely spring look. After the last two years of sweatpants, its nice to see that this spring were showing a little leg and dressing up. A micro-mini skirt is a dress up or dress down kind of trend, for example, in this picture you can see Mui Mui made its debut of this fashion trend on the runway this fashion week. While they gave a business look out of this, a micro-mini skirt can be dressed up or down.

Mui Mui This NYFW

Along with the micro-mini skirt, we will also be seeing our pants getting lower and lower. Low rise jeans (as much as some may dispise this) will start to make its way into out everyday lives. Mui Mui also showed this trend this fashion week but they are not the only ones to show this trend some light.

Now that I have established my love for Mui Mui and low rise bottoms, we have another trend to report on. This time Im showing you something off the runway, though we have seen this trend on the runway too, I wanted to show what the fashion week guests have been sporting. Something I noticed are over sized coats of any kind, this could be because of the weather but I have a feeling that we are going to continue seeing these coats throughout the year. Also note that I adore the outfit worn in this picture, it was even in Glamour’s article about New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter street style but I think this trend is well beyond just fall and winter.

Stella McCartney

I could write about the trends we are going to see all day, but a notable mention has to be cut outs. Cut out tops and dresses have been seen all over instagram and they were featured in Stella McCartney’s run way show. As you can see, they made many cut out style dresses in very vibrant colors, thus (in my opinion) showcasing more than one trend at once. Did you also notice the use of an over sized coat here? I think this has to be one of my favorites on this list. This look brings together some of my favorite trends in one and I’m here for it. Stella McCartney made a wonderful return to the runway.

Versace Medusa Aevtias Pumps

My next trend prediction would have to be shoe related, of course. I think every one knows what I’m going to bring up, as it is one of the most noticeable trends. Platform shoes. Platform shoes are everywhere, on and off the run way, on the internet, and on the streets. If you haven’t heard of this, no offense, you must have been living under a rock. I think the most popular version of the platform shoe trend would have to be the Versace Medusa Aevtias Pumps, but they aren't the only viral platform shoe, and they certainly aren’t the only shoe trend to be discussed. My favorite shoe trend to see this Spring/Summer would have to be Clogs.

I have seen a few clogs on the run way, but my favorite would have to be Simon Miller’s. Clogs are very much a trend from the past, specifically the 70’s, but as fashion trend are recycled they come back better then ever and these are an example. They are unique, make an outfit pop, and are a spring/summer must have. In the latest picture above Simon Miller debuted their newest version of their bubble clog, and I am sure this will be a must have.
